3. WHAT IS SUPPLIED? 

 

The home is equipped and set up as a fully furnished property that includes bedding, linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels (not beach towels), a full kitchen, TV/blue ray, internet, furnishings, gas BBQ grill. The home may not have all the items that you may be accustomed to having in your own home. If there is an item such as a special type of cooking utensil, please bring it. 

4. WHAT SHOULD I BRING? 

 

You may want to bring items like your favorite pillow, bath soaps, shampoos, beach towels (if you plan to visit a lake), cell phone, etc.

 
5. IS THERE A TELEPHONE? 

 

No. There are no telephones provided. Guests are encouraged to use personal cell phones.

6. HOW MANY DOES IT SLEEP? 

 

The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is 8 persons. This does not include children 2 years old and under. Linens are provided for the number of overnight guests allowed.

 
7. WHAT ABOUT PARKING? 

 

There is parking for 4 vehicles. 

8. CAN I BRING MY PET? 

 

No. Although we are pet lovers, we cannot accommodate additional pets on the property.

9. CAN I SMOKE?

No. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property. 

10. WHAT ABOUT FIRES? 

 

Guests are expected to act safely regarding Redding, California’s extreme fire conditions.  Outdoor fires and fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.

11. WHEN ARE QUIET HOURS? 

 

Guests are asked to honor outdoor quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM.
